DTF PRO PLUS SHAKER 60cm automatic DTF powder shaker/dryer incorporates a conyeyor system with vacuum hold down along with a touch screen HMI screen for simple adjustable machine functions.
PRO PLUS SHAKER unit is suitable for high speed DTF printers utilising 4 print head option, the touch screen HMI makes this unit the most simple in its class to operate with plain english symbols and text.
The heated entry platform and canopy start the gel process of the printed ink as well as protecting the media from atmospheric moisture, adhesive powder is applied and the infrared lamps cure and protect the printed image finally our conveyor belt vacuum reduces the substrate bulging, adhesion and media waste when finishing your day production.
The DTF revolution is taking the market by storm and the powder shaker unit takes over by evenly coating, then melting the needed amount of adhesive material directly onto your printed image, saving time, effort, and cost.
