Stock permitting, all orders received by 1.30pm are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being accepted. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. All orders are primarily delivered via a courier service between the hours of 9.00am & 5.00pm. This can be upgraded on a timed delivery - please enquire for details as pricing is based on weight. All items have to be signed for on delivery.
There are items that are considered oversize by either weight or volume and these items are marked and charged at the rate required.
This delivery service is for UK mainland only and based on a 3 working day service, and can be upgraded at the checkout if required.

The free delivery option is only available for goods that have been ordered and paid for online, and within Mainland UK and excluding Scottish Highland areas.
Placing an order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order via this ecommerce store you are making an offer to DTFSHOP to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order an email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and DTFSHOP for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Your Credit/Debit card will be authorised when your order is placed. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any item is out of stock we will contact you immediately.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order, (once accepted by us), for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full.
Returns policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, then you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt as specified in the DTI's Distance Selling Regulations. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions for the original postage and packaging costs and your refund will be made immediately upon receipt.
Returning goods
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the cost of postage where the item returned is faulty. All returns are the responsibility of the sender and we advise that they are sent 'signed for' with appropriate insurance.
